Hi friends! My name's Will and I will (most likely) be your personal eBike fitting instructor.
First off, welcome to the Fly Rides Team! As an extra added service, we offer you a professional fitting for your new eBike so it fits precisely to your body type and personal preferences. Beyond that, we also bring you up to speed on the features, functionality, maintenance, charging aspects, and warranty specifications of your eBike.
We'll also cover the benefits of our service packages, which are available for your new ride during the first 3 months after you purchase it. Check out the options below and I'll be happy to help you decide which one is best for you!
Please keep in mind that fittings usually take, on average, 30 minutes, so please show up on time as we hire a specialist specifically for your time slot. A charge of $25 is associated to making the appointment, but as long as you make it on time, we provide a 100% refund of that charge.
Availability for fittings are twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Please select a day and time that fits your earliest convenience. As we are limited on space, we can hold your eBike for up to one week after it's been built. Holding charges may apply if we have to store it for more than 7 days.
